The everyday problem
A workflow can produce a technically valid result that is difficult for the next team to use. A summary without a source, a status without an action, or an update without ownership can create another investigation. Useful outputs are designed around the receiving workflow.
A practical approach
Ask the receiving team what they need to act confidently. Separate observed information from proposed actions and unresolved questions. Include the next step and responsible role where appropriate, rather than treating a generated paragraph as the final deliverable.
Try this with your team
Review one fictional output with its intended recipient. Remove information they do not need and add the context required to take the next action.
