A long technical log may contain many events without helping an operator understand a case. Reviewers need to know what information was used, what action was proposed, what was approved, and what actually happened. The sequence matters as much as the individual records.

Design the activity history around operational questions. Link inputs, decisions, approvals, and outcomes while avoiding unnecessary sensitive information. Make interrupted or failed steps distinguishable from completed ones so that another operator can continue safely.

Use a fictional case to test the history view. Ask a colleague to explain the last completed action and the next required action without opening a separate tool.
